Jupiter™ Inner Spacers are all hand-machined to match every wheel assembly. Each spacer is made .003”-.006” longer than the final installed bearing faces. This guarantees that torquing the axle nut will not bind the bearings.

Jupiter™ Spokes are made from 304 stainless steel. The threads are rolled ( cold worked ) on each end for maximum strength.

Titanium spokes are available with this patented Jupiter™ design. This saves .67 pounds per wheel.

Jupiter™ Nipples are made from 4100 series alloy steel for high strength. These nipples have a “captive” O-Ring cavity so they will never fail from extruding themselves. The head of each nipple aligns itself into the rim holes with ( self stabbing ) pilot tapers. Each nipple is blind for zero leakage.

Jupiter Wheel™ are TUBELESS because of our patented design. They were designed to let the tires slip and still hold air.

Jupiter Wheels™ use metric wheel bearings. 25mm bearings are the largest used by a Honda rear axle. We have 20mm bearings and 26mm bearings for various brand front axles.

Our Threaded Collars are designed to hold sprockets and disks onto the unbreakable dowels. The threads are internal in the hubs. This protects them. Our design allows the collar flanges to be thin. Thin flanges are undercut and act like lock-washers when lightly torqued. The holes can be used to insert set screws into the hubs. These lock the collars in place.

Our full-size Dowel Pins are pressed into the hubs. Press fits assure accurate location and they always stay tight. THEY NEVER BREAK!

Jupiter Wheels™ use automotive quality valve stems. They never leak.

Threaded spokes in the hub put all spokes in an accurate geometric location. These spokes align perfectly with the four-axis drilled holes in the rims. Our wheels lace within .002” TIR easily. THIS IS OUR PATENTED DESIGN!
